Hey, @Dbush81. You're able to disable pre-existing injuries before a franchise starts up. Any adjustments to injuries during the season can be done through the slider via the commissioner. If you turn it all the way down to zero it should make it very unlikely for players to get injured on a regular basis. What would happen if every time a player got injured their career would be over?
